Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for ordering from Neurosetta!

Due to the limited shelf-life of our micropattened 24- and 96-well plates, we do not accept returns.

We conduct rigorous quality control during micropatterned well plate manufacturing. However, if you are not satisfied with a plate’s functionality, as defined by the ability to provide micropatterned cell adhesion in serum-free, ECM protein-free culture media for up to 7 days, then a refund can be provided. Please email customerservice@neurosetta.com for a refund request and include the following:

• Lot numbers of non-functional plates.
• Detailed cell seeding and culture protocol.
• Images showing failure of micropatterned cell adhesion in a Neurosetta plate.

We will follow up with your refund request within 72 hours.
